Billing & Insurance

We are committed to providing you with an excellent medical imaging experience, even after you leave our facility. We are happy to submit your claim, and any secondary claims, to your insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and most personal injury.

Willamette Valley Imaging is an approved provider for most major insurance carriers and health plans. Please refer to our current list on this page. If you don’t see your insurance, feel free to give us a call. WVI is also a Medicare-approved facility and accepts assignment on all Medicare claims.

Unique to our radiology clinic, we do not outsource our billing – we provide all billing services at our clinic. If you have questions or concerns about billing, give our Billing Specialist a call at 541-344-9500, extension 3. Our Billing Office business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time.

Pre-Authorization

Pre-authorization may be required by some insurance plans prior to your exam. Please check your policy or insurance card for this information.

Work-Related Injuries

If your injury is work-related, we will need the claim number and carrier name prior to your visit in order to properly bill the worker’s compensation company.

Patients Without Insurance

In most cases, when your appointment is confirmed, you will be provided with an estimate of any payment you need to bring with you to your appointment. If you do not currently have insurance, please give us a call and we can work with you on a payment plan.

Please understand that ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance. At the time of your visit, you are responsible for any known co-payment or deductible not satisfied at the time of your exam, as well as any non-covered services.
